What drives players to create "mix-n-match" WoD PCs? You know, the ones who want to play Kinfolk vampires, Kithain mages, or something even more bizarre... I had a player in one of my games go, "Hey, I wanna play a Dhampire Qualmi Abomination!" I said, "Say what?!?"
I've never quite understood why some players feel they need to have "kewl powerz" that no one else in the game has, especially when all the other players are perfectly happy playing regular old "normal" changelings, werewolves, or whatever. Go figure. I mean, there are so many different combinations within a game, why do people feel they need to import stuff from other games?
