Since I think it's a shame to waste research, if I ever *do* end up running a tabletop nWoD game someday, I'll probably end up setting it in either Washington D.C. or Philadelphia. I'll admit that the research for both places was done a couple of years ago now, but most of the material I have (maps, etc.) is still viable.

You could make a case for needing two rolls. One for technical skills and the other for crowd control, but show me a case where playing Handel takes more Presence than Intelligence.
