I'm asking that everyone out there spread this around so there can be as many e-signatures as possible. Too often people who do this shit get away with minimal punitive sentences. Because they're "just animals". But IMHO, doing it to animals today could very well mean he'll be doing something like that to people tomorrow, unless something is done.
